Dan Hennessey, the founder and primary speaker of I Talk About Wine, Inc, is a veteran of the food and wine business in Washington, DC. He has worked in Washington's restaurants, fine wine wholesalers and importers and lately as wine buyer and catering sales consultant for Ace Beverage.

Dan is joined by Virginie Ajot. Virginie is a professional wine taster, having received her Certificate as a Commercial Manager in Wines and Spirits from CFPPA in Beaune, Burgundy, France. She had extensive experience as a consultant in France on Burgundy wine before joining I Talk About Wine, Inc in July of 2004 as our Burgundy specialist and trade tasting director.

Through his years, Dan has planned and hosted countless wine tastings and wine dinners in restaurants, clubs and hotels around Washington. In his unique combined experience in restaurants, retail stores and catering, he discovered there are fundamental core elements in all of those businesses:
