What We Do
I Talk About Wine is a group of passionate food and wine professionals whose mission is to educate beginners and aficionados alike in all aspects of wine making, wine tasting, and food and wine pairings.
I Talk About Wine does this through fun and interactive seminars held at your home, office or a site you select such as a local restaurant or private club. These are great for the wine lover, fund raisers, a gift for a special client, a reward to your staff for a job well done, summer intern programs and just a good reason for a great glass of wine. These events can be scaled to the number of guests and the products served.

Wine Club
I Talk About Wine Inc. developed the Restaurant Wine Club for its clients who are interested in helping restaurant guests expand their wine knowledge. The wine club is designed, through seminars held in your establishment, to teach your customers the basics of wine tasting with an emphasis on food and wine parings. This education focuses on increasing your wine sales, both in check average and volume sold.
